All requests for Technology Services may be made by contacting the St. Mary’s Help Desk. The St. Mary’s Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (excluding University holidays).
All requests are entered into the StMU ServiceDesk (ServiceDesk) service tracking system when the initial support request is made and will be updated either by phone, in person, or by an email containing your Case Number.
