<p>Due to an issues we have had to do the restart early.  May 1, 2012 1:20 am.</p>
<p>Information Technology Services (ITS) will apply maintenance to the Banner enterprise system. This will require both Banner and Gateway services to be unavailable during this time. The maintenance work is scheduled for Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 4:00 a.m. to 4:45 a.m.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4><span style="color: #99cc00"><strong>The Archive Issue in Blackboard was resolved on Monday, Feb. 27</strong></span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #99cc00"><strong>We discovered a building block in from a decommissioned Blackboard 9 service was causing the backlog in the &#8220;archiving&#8221; process. Once the Blackboard Scholar building block was removed, the archiving process cleared up.</strong><strong><br />
</strong></span></h4>
<p>On Feb. 24 at 5 pm we began to investigate an issue in the Blackboard Export/Archive control panel area. It appears that the Archive and Export feature may have become backed up over the last 24 hours, causing Blackboard not to create or display an Archive.zip link. Without a link to the Archive.zip file, we aren&#8217;t able to download the Archive to our computers. We have created an official &#8220;issue case&#8221; with Blackboard, Inc. so they can offer a solution.</p>
<p>Please be aware we are working to resolve the issue as fast as possible to brink back the access to making Archives. We will contact you via email as soon as the issue is resolved.</p>
